About
The Dr. Rafael S. Tumbokon Memorial Hospital HIV Treatment Hub began as a simple testing facility in 2005. Following the results of the tests, we used to refer clients to a neighboring province for treatment. We became a satellite hub after years of undergoing training and mentoring from the Western Visayas Medical Center HIV Treatment Hub. Despite starting with only two employees, we have grown into a full-service HIV treatment center over the course of a decade.
